CDC2-1系列下料斗小车型
风机系统、过滤系统置于同一个箱体内，集尘系统外置，整机高度降低，占地面积小。
● 脉冲反吹 Pulse back blow。
采用目前为止最好的滤筒清灰技术，自动脉冲反吹灰清灰，且结合专门研制的螺旋喷吹技术，清灰区域覆盖到整个滤筒表面，不存在清理盲区。
● 高精度过滤 High precision filtering。
主过滤器为日本进口聚酯纤维基材，进行PTFE覆膜处理，对0.3um以上的粉尘颗粒过滤效率达99%以上，同时还可以选配防油防水、防静电、阻燃以及更高过滤精度材料。
● 电气保护完善 Perfection of electrical protection。
电机保护方面我们非常关注，热过载、缺相、反相、相序保护完整，大部分电气元件采用施耐德品牌。另外，可增加远程控制端口，方便主机进行联动控制。
● 大型集尘箱外置 Large dust collector outside。
机器下方设置大容积集尘箱，外置结构，可降低整机高度，标准配置有气顶式结构，卸料时只需拨动位于支腿处的气动开关即可放下集尘桶，清理方便快捷。
